Here are a few common questions that we are almost always asked. We strive ourselves about being open and honest with our clients. We love helping our clients and potential clients know everything they can know about us before they even pick up the phone to call for a reservation. Are there additional fees for going over the time limit?
The only thing you pay if you go over is the previously agreed upon hourly rate! You won't have to pay a crazy high fee.
Is smoking allowed on vehicles?
We want to keep our vehicles as clean and fresh as possible, so please no smoking. You do have unlimited stops so you can tell the driver you need a smoke break and they'll pull over when they can.
We can drink though right?
You are more than welcome to drink both alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages in the vehicles. As long as you bring your own and everyone is over the age of 21.
Should the buses be cleaned?
Please make sure that you leave the bus in the same condition that you received it. If it is left in a mess, you might be charged a cleaning fee.
Will you go outside your service area?
While there may be additional charges for going 50+ miles out, we would be happy to serve you wherever you're located.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, we do require a security deposit. Please give us a call for details.
Can children or those under 21 come with us?
Everyone of all ages are welcomed. We are great for children and teen events like birthday parties and proms. If there are children and other who are under the age of 21, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicle.
Any hidden fees?
We don't hide anything from you. When you call for your quote, that's the price you will have to pay. We never add surprise fees and always tell you everything that you can potentially be charged later like a cleaning fee or a damage charge.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Once you pay your deposit, you cannot cancel. Before you pay it, we remind you of this fact so that you are aware and are 100% you are ready to book. You will have to pay even if you didn't use the service. There's also no changing the day you reserved. Depending on availability, you might be able to change the time or the vehicle but that depends on how soon you call us and how busy we are on that day.
Do we have to tip our driver?
You do not have you tip your driver if you don't want to. It's greatly appreciated though. It's a nice way to show the driver that they performed excellent service and that you enjoyed it. They have been tipped anywhere from $50 to a couple hundred.
